The History Museum

Free admission. Plan on 30 minutes minimum, 2 hours if you're a reader. High quality displays set up in an interesting and well-interpreted manner. Definitely oriented towards local town history. Not a haphazard collection of junk remaining after everyone took what they wanted and several garage sales after grandma died like most local museums.

It's ok for seeing old artefacts related with local history.

It is a wonderful place. We had a lot of fun looking around and learning about the history of Great Falls. Also the gift shop is amazing.

I visited lots of museums all over the country, and this is definitely not a five-star museum. The reason for the rating is because we just have absolutely nothing around here, and so, a place like this definitely stands out it's a fun place for an individual and a fun place for the family. Parking is extremely limited and so are hours, so I would recommend getting some information ahead of time if this is an activity you're planning.

Great space with lots of informative displays. Event space is great and a good option for parties.
