The gals are very nice and helpful. The only one I really don't like to deal with is Mary and I think she is one of the receptionist, she is the older woman and she is not that nice as the other staff, also Mary said she will reload my benefits because an employee called in for the day and had to move my appointment 2 weeks forward , but she said she will still load my benefits for February, got to the store and no benefits and I called the Office , Mary answer and said oh yeah I must have forgotten to finish reloading them or I must have gotten distracted with something else, let me go ahead now, that's not even funny what she did.
