First visit to Fetch, and it is a nice place! The store is clean, and well kept. The employees are very friendly, and helpful. We used their self-serve bath station, and it was extremely clean and well kept. My only complaint is that I have an 80 lb Bernese Mountain Dog mix, and they only give you a tiny bottle of shampoo (I probably could have asked for more, but was in a hurry). The tubs are large which is good, but the slip lead was too far down for my dog to use comfortably. Other then that it seems to be a very nice place!

Katie did an outstanding job grooming Daisy Mae, my Australian Shepherd. Daisy had a lot of excess hair and was shedding like crazy. Katie de-sheded and groomed her in a balanced way and Daisy looks amazing. Will be back and booking with Katie for sure. Very pleased. Thank you! Norm

We have went to this location several times. The last time we waited at the register for 13 min while an employee talked on phone about nonsense and two others wandered around. Today it got worse, my 12 year old Springer Spaniel who is sweet as the day is long were at the register again for about 10 min. When a great big dog attacked my dog for no reason. The owner pulled her dog outside trying to calm it down. The lady at the register was unfaded and continued to talk. Bottom line I will never go back. The owner must not have any clue he/she pays people to do nothing. Don't go here unless you have all day.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The selection was great. They had tons of treats and other items. A bit on the more costly side but for some of the items needed you get what you pay for.

I love Fetch and the staff. I have had two of my dogs (Lonnie and Layla) in various classes. I highly recommend the training classes. The staff are always so friendly and go out of their way to learn you and your dogs name. It honestly feels like one big family at this store.
