The store was really quiet and very clean. Great selection on food for both dogs and cats. Lots of harnesses and collars. Didn't really look at the treat selection in depth. The lady working was very nice and friendly. Overall pretty nice store smaller that I imagined but the items needed were definitely on point.

Staff seems to be all of the young generation, but still very polite and helpful. They figured out what type of food was best for a dog with a sensitive stomach, and things have been great. Would recommend any pet owner stop in! Thank you PetSmart!

Clean store, knowleable and helpful staff. Don't go on a weekend day though. Waaaayyyy too busy. This is a popular store for animal enthusiasts of all breeds. A wee bit pricey, but it is much better than the other pet store option. Definite thumbs up for me. (Also on our approved dump site list. Clean bathrooms are a MUST in my family.)

ATTENTION TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A FISH TANK FROM HERE! DONT!!!! I have bought 3 fish tanks from here in the last year, the first two were for me and the other one was for my mom and every single one had a major leak and destroyed the flooring walls and stand, 3 fish tanks in one year!!! How does that happen, I called the manager and they said it’s not there problem so if you want your house destroyed from a random leak while you are at work buy a fish tank from here and get told by the manager it’s not there problem, I’ll take my business to pet co next time..... do not recommend at all!! If corporate sees this you have a serious problem with the store in great falls, this isn’t the first negative encounter I’ve had with them...

The store itself is very nice..I would have definitely been happy to go back and shop for my fur babies...HOWEVER...tje staff we interacted with could really use some serious retraining and customer service classes. She ignored our questions...was extremely vague about where the product we wanted was...and when we got to the checkout..she was downright rude and dismissive. I will NOT go back and refuse to spend my hard earned money at this place. I do not recommend it...at all(unless you want to be treated as less than) Hopefully the Employer sees the rude and completely unprofessional...almost insulting...behavior of the staff and fixes the problem.
