the manager started out great. She turned on a lot of them fast. She would pound on there door when drunk. They had to call the cops on her a couple times. Thankfully my son is able to get out. Wonderful small town. horrible management.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at the manager is rude as all get out and beyond beyond nosey

Everyone is very nice and polite, my neighbors even helped back us into our spot. It's very clean also. The only downside is that there is no shade for your RV, the trees are still too small for that. You get the full force of the sun all day which can make it pretty hot inside if you aren't careful. Very nice place to stay and will stay again in the future.
