My initial experience with this office was good. Dr. Dettwiler was very thorough and helpful. More helpful than previous doctors i have dealt with, however some of his staff is rude and assumimg. They didnt seem to have clear information, made assumptions and were more interested in talking than listening, let alone listening to understand or be correct. Overall i think this would be a great practice IF some of the staff had more of a professional manner in speaking to patients and treated people nicer. It's a shame really. There's potential there but i personally had a pretty negative experience.
