I picked up my 12-foot rental truck on 8/17/20 with the belief that the vehicle was assessed for safety and road worthiness. Within 20 minutes of leaving the facility, I had a flat tire (I hadn’t even reached the location to load up the truck). Upon the arrival of roadside assistance, the remainder of the tires were evaluated and two additional were deemed unworthy of travel. Pictures were take for documentation purposes. The initial flat tire was so severe that the tire wall collapsed almost instantaneously while driving. The second tire had begun to separate, and the third tire was bald. I called Broadway Budget and Storage and spoke with Becky and she assured me that the truck had been inspected Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before my reservation. It would appear, to me, that someone with knowledge of vehicle inspection would certainly have noticed the tires that were separated and bald. I find this lack of attention to safety and detail abhorrent. The possibility of the ramifications of my road trip (1,100 miles) could have been lethal. I am in the process of a formal complaint. I would say that you utilize this business “at your own risk”, quite literally!

Easy to work with, good prices, great staff!
Not temperature controlled but, it's a safe place to store anything for as long as you need. Bring your own lock or buy one there. Staff is not friendly at all!! Don't expect any special treatment or help.
