I love this stadium... my favorite team is a eastern team and I’m a west coast girl. Love the intimate atmosphere seeing all my favorite ball players closer than in a normal season game

Fun Spring Training site. Newer facility with good selection of tasty treats. Staff was friendly. Didn't get 5 stars only because location far outside metro Phoenix. Nice ballpark though.

Beautiful ballpark. It was nice to get close to the players. The vendors were good. The Philly nachos were great. No go on the hotdogs. Drinks were flowing with my friends. We were so close we got to interact with the players. Great experience. Also, security, law enforcement, fire department were all so kind and helpful.

Traffic was easy and the free parking was a lovely touch. We entered from the left field entrance, put our masks on and proceeded to the gate. Two staff members were scanning tickets and somehow I got the staff member who was least comfortable scanning tickets from a phone and ended up closing my ticket. This required me to pull the ticket up again which took a few minutes. The staff was hapless to assist and seemed oblivious to the issue. I tried to insist the staff member try again as a learning experience for scanning tickets but insisted I go to someone else. Once inside, we discovered someone took our seats and table location placing us behind a Palm Tree. This required more staff to assist and question each other on how this occurred in their watch. Once all of this was straightened out everything was lovely! The staff moving forward resumed their ability in competency. My advice have a screen shot of your ticket just in case they screw up the scanning part.
