I was injured during a ski trip to Sun Valley, Idaho. I was seen promptly after completing the registration process. The nurse and PA were timely and thorough. The PA was efficient in diagnosing my injury and quickly suggested an appropriate treatment. All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and emphatic.

The doctor did an AMAZING job and was very helpful while walking me through what he was doing when taking care of my ingrown toe. The nurse was very kind and the front desk lady was so sweet. great experience!

Only been there once before but both times were great experiences Always friendly unlike other places where they seem to hate their job or at least the patients. The dr there is patient and willing to spend the extra time with the patients and answer any questions about anything. He treats you like a person not just a payment

I have visited Sterling Urgent Care twice so far and both times, I have been thoroughly impressed. The entire staff is super friendly and the nurses and doctors are very knowledgeable and truly care about the patient. I highly recommend Sterling Urgent Care! Thank you to the entire staff for making the process easy and quick. Additionally, thank you for putting yourself on the front lines to help those in need in our community; we sincerely appreciate you!!

What a great faculty with wonderful, caring, helpful people. I truly can say Hailey and the entire wood river valley is fortunate to have this facility and it’s healthcare providers. They were very accommodating as well as kind and helpful. They really value your time and want to to feel at comfortable. Everyone was kind and upbeat. I’m going to have to put them steps ahead of St Luke’s in every category! 180 degree difference in every aspect. Keep up the great work !!!
