I don't have insurancenI pay cash the Same day every month at frys pharmacy on the same date.n35 days ago over a month I met a new pharmacist he would not fill one of my medications last month he said he needs 3 days advance notice and he is the onlybutthead doing this any where he was rude to me on 3 separate occations and hung up on me when I called to give him his 72 hour notice.nSo 4 separate occasions the new pharmacist was unprofessionalnI have to pay $150 more at a different pharmacy to get them on time without being treated like a dog for not having insurance .nI have to do so. I have to work with professionals that understand if I go without those meds it is very dangerous and could result in deatg

Poor customer service. Poor management. They have don’t take care of there regular customers who have monthly prescriptions. Poor Covid-19 response by half the employees. Unprofessional in all aspects.

Very slow to refill prescriptions and ordering online not properly set up.

I took in a prescription for pain pills as I just had knee surgery. They refused to fill the prescription. My daughter went in the store for me. She is a pharmacy technician herself. She said they were giving her a bunch of excuses why they could not fill the prescription. Basically they refused my AHCCCS insurance, but didn't say so. I have also had other prescriptions filled there over the years, and they always charge more than at other pharmacies, even when taking insurance.
