I'm used to bigger more tasteful Pollo ala brasa. But their ok if you don't know any better.
What a fantastic authentic Peruvian food experience we had here! My wife and I have been to Peru many times so we know what to expect and we're both foodies, this place ticked all of our boxes. Our waitress Dory was very attentive and we ended up getting a special dish not on the menu that was spectacular. Great food, great experience.
This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had in Hailey. In fact, I enjoyed it more than my last 3 dinners at the 3 pricier options in town. I am familiar with Peruvian cuisine, my husband is not. We both rated our dinner experience a 10 for stellar service, nice atmosphere, excellent wine choices and perfectly cooked food. We plan to dine here again within the week.
Great food and VERY good service.
