We ordered chili-oil udon noodles, Thai beef salad and pot stickers.nnUdon noodles - tremendously bland and forgettable. No spice whatsoever.nnThai beef salad - well-balanced, but not remotely spicy. Was the only enjoyable dish, but the spice level was for a dog.nnPotstickers - came with a sweet and sour sauce, not a “sesame-soy-sweet-chili” sauce. I think they just used the generic sweet and sour sauce from the supermarket. Did not pair well at all. The potstickers themselves were chewy but the flavor was good. Would have been a lot better with a proper dipping sauce.nnThis was takeout so I am being lenient with the three stars. That said, there’s definitely no reason I’d return - another reviewer said it seems like they just read a cookbook and made the dish. I’d agree with that completely, but add that there is no spice whatsoever. I think between the three dishesnMaybe one chili was used.

Amazing meal. Initially skeptical cause their dishes go from Korea to Vietnam and I'm a bit wary of panasian places... but it was a delicious meal! Vietnamese sweet pork ribs! Som tam! Satay chicken! Seriously yummy and fulfilling. We ll repeat when again in Sun Valley!

Would highly recommend Rickshaw for its delicious food! They're only doing takeout right now, but the process was super easy and they have nice fires for you to sit by outside while you wait! We ordered the Korean Fried Chicken and the Curry Noodles. Both were SO good. My fiance really liked the curry noodles and I absolutely loved the KFC. It had enough spice to get your nose going just a bit, but wasn't so hot that I was chugging water. It was very tasty!

We ordered the papaya salad, green beans, and spicy noodles. All the food was delicious and had excellent flavors. Their online ordering was easy, and it was ready for takeout almost immediately. This is a nice change of pace and flavor from many of the other Ketchum restaurants.
