During our most recent refinance, we had the opportunity to interact with Nancy (Representative of Sun Valley Title). Due to scheduling conflicts, we needed her to meet at our home to discuss our final documents. Our interactions with Nancy were extremely positive and she made the whole experience smooth and easy. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, prompt, and followed through with every commitment after the signing.
