Received first dose of COVID vaccination at Thumb Butte. The second vaccine never arrived. I was told to go and find my own second dose. No assistance was offered.nWhen I went in for a blood draw, I was told to come at 8 am. At 9 am, I finally saw the staff for the blood draw— she told me her hours were starting at 9 am. The front desk staff had no idea what her hours were.

I had heard that this location was offering covid vaccinations without appointments. I went in at 1pm, was out by 2:30, vaccinated. Although it was fairly busy, the process was organized. The staff and doctor were very professional, and surprisingly upbeat (considering the amount of drop in patients that they were seeing). I applaud the doctor for administering this vaccine and not storing them somewhere for a later date. I wish that there were more doctors that would take his lead, so that we can get rid of this virus sooner than later.

My wife and I recently had our covid vaccinations at Thumb Butte Medical Center. When we arrived, there were several people ahead of us and we thought that it was going to be quite a wait. They were so organized that registration, the follow up appointment schedule, and the injection were completed within 45 minutes. What great customer service! We are blessed to have Thumb Butte Medical Center in Prescott.

I contacted Thumb Butte because my previous primary care had no bed side manner. I see now that my previous doctor really wasn’t that bad in comparison to who I was scheduled to see at Thumb Butte. My boyfriend and I have recently seen Dr. Golparian and he treated us both with the same behavior. He would barely allow either of us to talk and kept insisting that he cared about what we were most comfortable with doing. He stated that he did not think it was necessary but he would do it if it was what we wanted. Finally, Dr Golparian said he would refer me to the endocrinologist I wanted to see and come to find out nothing was ever sent. I also requested blood work & he informed me that an order would be sent. Of course, there was no order actually sent. When I speak with the front desk they are at least trying to be helpful and take down whatever note it is that I am calling about and say they will pass it on. I am unsure where the lack of communication is happening here but I still have yet to receive any call back.

I went through the drive-through to get tested for Covid. It happened that Dr. A. was outside and got to talk to him. It was the first time meeting him. He was very pleasant and informative. Later that day he personally called to give me the results, which were unfortunately positive. Throughout the following weeks and multiple retests, he treated me and my family as if we had been personal friends all along. I highly recommend him.
