Dr. George E. Dean

I have been a patient of Dr Dean for several years and, in my opinion, he is the most caring professional GP I have ever had. I have complex body issues and he has taken the time to make sure I am in as good a shape as possible. I trust him with my life

I didn’t even have to go in to have a horrible experience!! Just calling was terrible. They want me to come in, fill out new patient paperwork first and then see who is accepting before I can even schedule an appt!! I said “Okay thank you.” The lady on the other end said “yep.” And hung up right away.

My husband first started see Dr Dean 4 years ago after we moved. We liked him right from the start. He listens and cares about his patients. By my husbands second appt, We both decided the whole family should see him. So our children and I all chose him as our PCP. We trust him completely and with all 6 of us going there at random times. He is still awesome every time.

I was looking for a primary care and decided to go with Dr George E. Dean. My wife and I filled out the paperwork a few weeks ago as the office directed us to and mail it in before an appointment could be scheduled according to the office in order to see the doctor, we did that I still have not heard anything from the doctor's office to schedule an appointment so today my wife called to follow up on the appointment for me for a physical and see if they've received the paperwork yet , which they should have ,the girl that answered the phone on 1/16/18 at 3:29 pm. said reason they haven't done anything with new patients is the doctor schedule has changed and patients that were already patients had to be scheduled first, My wife was okay with that and understood, as the phone call went on the girl seem like calling the office was a bother to her was not helpful at all and was extremely unprofessional rude and disrespectful very argumentative when was addressing the paperwork. My wife tried to explain to her that the paperwork was filled out and mailed. She searched for the paperwork and said she found it it was scanned in but somebody from their office said they called me and said they claimed talk to me and I said I was not interested in the appointment and did not fill out any paperwork .This papework took me 45 mins to fill out why would I waste time if I wasn't trying get in.Now should I worry about personal information I mailed in.My wife tried to explain to her as I was sitting in front of her as well repeated what the girl on the phone had said and explain to her that it was not me that she spoke with maybe it was a misdial and of course never cross the girls mind that could be possible , does not matter who s fault OMG just wanted a appointment ,the girl again was argumentative to my wife and said (we're not making it up )very very unprofessional remark my wife was not accusing them of making anything up was strictly trying to explain to them the reason she was calling was to make an appointment for a physical for me, WOW what a awful experience just listening to phone call on speaker. My wife agian tried make appointment and girl said she would make appointment but if I did not show up on time they would not keep me as patient, My wife ask girl how can she talk to her this way and agian explained the person they supposly called was not me and all We wanted was appointment and now have a really bad taste in our mouth because how we were being treated she was condesending and still accusing of the possible misdial call from their office. The girl words were( do you want appointment or not) WOW. SO SCARY to think someone like that is in a office associated with your HEALTH AND WELL BEING , really makes you think is a physical worth it or any appointment , Is the office Manger or doctor aware of this behavior ??????????My wife ask for office manager and the girl would not let my wife speak to one or even give her a name.I would hate to think the doctor or office manager is aware of this unprovoked behavior .There are many choices and chose to go with this office with this doctor and to be treated this bad is so overwhelming.I will look for another office , NEW PATIENTS BECAREFUL about asking questions and oh make sure your on time for appointment you will be put through help to get and that hasent even been scheduled or you no longer will be a patient according to the girl at the office DoctorGeorge E. Dean if you are not aware of this you should really consider getting a better staff member to associate with patients.This represents you and It is not good business .
