All of the doctors in this practice are excellent! The front office staff are cheery and happy to help you, whether you are in person or over the phone. The only downfall of this office is follow through with doctor ordered needed lab & tests paperwork processing & follow-up to make sure where they sent the paperwork was a viable contact. That has improved a bit over the last year, however. It is important that you, as a patient, be proactive in following up on any paperwork ordered. Also, if you have Walgreens as your pharmacy, and you were told that they contacted your doctor and were waiting for a call back, you will need to call The Doctors Office to tell them they need to call Walgreen pharmacy as they say they never got a call. If you are able and willing to do these things for your health care needs, you will not find better doctors, in my opinion.

The doctors listen to their patients and are kind and knowledgeable. The staff is courteous and always helpful. The best doctor’s office I’ve found throughout my 45 years in Prescott.

Dr. De Vito truly cares about and listens to each one of his patients. He goes out of his way to treat his patients as individuals and his sense of humor is very endearing.

I AM IN AGREEMENT WITH SEVERAL OF THE OTHER REVIEWERS...nIN THAT DR. LITTLE IS A KIND CARING AND EFFECTIVE DOCTOR... WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH HIMnnHOWEVER... THE STAFF IS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STORY AS MANY REVIEWERS HEREIN HAVE STATED.nnTHEY ARE SUBVERSIVE... RUDE... SNEAKY... AND DO NOT HESITATE TO GET VERBALLY ABUSIVE WITH YOU.nnONE MUST ASK THEMSELVES WHO IS IT ABOVE THEM THAT MAKES THEM FEEL SAFE IN ABUSING THE PATIENTS THIS WAY!nnTHE ONLY STAFF MEMBER I HAVE MET WHO TRULY SEEMS TO CARE AND DOES A GOOD JOB IS SHANNON ONE OF THE RECEPTIONISTS...UNFORTUNATELY YOU DO NOT GET TO DEAL WITH HER ALL THE TIME.nnI AM AN ORDAINED REVEREND - I DO NOT LIE AND BELIEVE PEOPLE - ALL PEOPLE SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. MOST OF THE STAFF ESP OFFICE STAFF DO NOT DO THIS ... SADLY... THIS HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE.

This is a team that cares! I have NEVER experienced any level of rudeness. The staff is awesome. They figured out my 14 year old didn’t have the flu, he was in DKA! They sent us to Phoenix Children’s Hospital and because they caught he was diabetic type 1 we spent less than 17 hours in the PICU. We were told when admitted he would more than likely spend three days in PICU. He was transitioned out in 17 hours. We went in on a Friday night and left on Sunday. The PCH team were impressed that THIS team caught it!nnI would recommend them to everyone I care about.
