I have visited both the Chino Valley office and the Prescott Valley offices. Both are clean and professional. I have decided ti continue in Prescott Valley because I have a better connection with my provider in that office. Optima medical is a great clinic who also does blood draws in house, so no need to go sit and wait at an additional laboratory. For me that was the deciding decision to switch from another medical facility to Optima.

So, so happy to have found a PCP who listens to me, prioritizes my care, exhausts her ability to treat me before referring me to another specialist. Everyone seems happy, efficient and caring here and I’ve found my new, permanent PCP in Heather Buttrum. I would highly recommend!

I was taken care of by staff and Christine Bonahan NP. She listened to everything I had and scheduled appointments.nI also received follow up from 2 different people wanting to make sure my nerds were met.nWOW!!! How nice and refreshing is it to think people care.nI will recommend to my friends.

Called to switch from my previous PCP to Optima. Within 24 hours we had an appointment for the next day and i was a new patient. Normally places will make you wait weeks, not Optima. Clean office with an excellent quick staff. Hardly a wait (few minutes). Dr. Buttrum was outstanding. Great bedside manner and truly listening to me. She’s on top of her game as is the staff there. The convenience of them taking blood there and also ekg’s and many other tests makes it a one stop shop which i love! Staff very friendly and accommodating. I have already recommended them to friends! Follow up call the next day to see if i was taken care of properly!

I have recently relocated to Arizona and was nervous about going to a new facility and doctor. But once I stepped onto the office my experience was great entire staff was friendly yet professional, from checking in to checking out. Highly recommend.
