Hour to an hour and a half wait is unacceptable!!! Was told it was common practice to schedule an hour behind. Have seen 1 person walk out, and 1 vendor walk in. Fix immediately. A person's time is valuable. Will now be looking elsewhere.

Fully aware these people aren’t specialist, so I understand it isn’t like going to a private care facility. Nonetheless this place has a really uncomfortable feel. The front desk associates were very sharp and not friendly. I don’t think a single person asked how my day was going, which isn’t necessary but I think it’s important to be at least friendly. The doctor seemed extremely rushed during my physical. I tried talking to him about a few things and he didn’t give me much insight at all. They told me I needed blood work and then left the room. I had to ask several times where the heck I needed to go to get my blood work done. It would have been nice if the staff would actually let you know instead. It was very frustrating. I also heard several other people with complaints while I was waiting for blood work. This place should consider taking some courses on customer service. Don’t suggest this place unless you are in quick need of a check up before getting to a professional facility.

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST DONE HERE. I have had multiple employees and friends get their test done here to be sent off with negative results only to later find out from another place that are positive for COVID. This place is NOT testing correctly and putting the community’s health at risk because of it!

I rarely give 5 stars in a review for anybody. But Dr. Askari meets every criteria to deserve my 5 star rating. My background is I am a healthy, fit 30 year old registered nurse who runs Prescott’s outdoor trails routinely. I have never gone to the hospital since I got stitches when I was three years old. I met Dr. Askari one time at his office roughly 3 years ago for an annual checkup and because of convenience had a different doctor for my annual checkups in the interim. I tested positive for Covid 19 on Wednesday, Dec. 9th. I found out that the doctor that I normally see for my annual checkups had left her practice. My wife messaged Dr. Askari and immediately ordered me medications to assist with fighting Covid 19. I got the medications hours later. My condition worsened to the point where I couldn’t drink enough fluids and my lung function was decreasing. I went to the ER and got diagnosed with Covid pneumonia in both of my lungs and discharged home on oxygen. Dr. Askari daily fielded my questions and concerns in a timely and caring manner. As of now I am symptom free and on day 2 of being without any oxygen.nDr. Askari was one of the critical people God placed in my life to assist me in my recovery from Covid pneumonia. Our community is blessed to have him serve us. So therefore this is why Doctor Askari gets a 5 star rating from me. ud83dude03

Dr. Askari is the BEST doctor in AZ!!!! What doctor gives out his cell phone?!?HE DOES!!! I just got over having the worst case of covid,I don’t think I could have made it without him!he prescribed a z pac & it healed me! My husband had covid pneumonia and he prescribed meds for him too!he is the nicest doctor and has sooooo much wisdom & knowledge!! I would rate this office 100 stars if I could!!we love Dr. Askari & his staff!
