I loved Dr. Chan. She explained everything thoroughly and didn’t recommend unnecessary treatment but told me of treatment I’d be needing in the future. I also love Sam, the hygienist. I needed a deep cleaning and they got me in the same day. I was apprehensive but the cleaning wasn’t anymore painful than a regular cleaning, in fact not as painful as some of my cleanings in the past. They both had a cheerful personality and so did everyone I came in contact with. I so happy to have found them.

I recommend Aspen Dental in Prescott Valley. Everyone was very professional. After reading many Google reviews, today I went in for the free exam and x-rays (I don't have dental insurance). I was surprised at how comprehensive the x-rays were. Then they did a computer 3D picture of my teeth. The dentist came and said that I had no cavities (thank goodness) and some staining on one of my back teeth. Then, the hygienist, Ashley, came and showed on the x-rays where I had bone loss and large amounts of tartar. She then documented how deep the pockets around my teeth were. Many were between 4 and 6, which is not good (gum disease). I have been told in the past that I had this problem, but this time the amount of pockets at 5 and 6 were much more than I had before. She recommended Scaling and Root Planing. I was then told what it would cost. Because the inside of my mouth is shaped in a way that using dentures would be difficult for me, I need to keep my own teeth for as long as I can. So, I decided to pay for the treatment. I returned 3 hours later and had the procedure done. Ashley did a great job. I was afraid it would hurt, but there was only minor discomfort. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and was very reassuring. Now the numbness has worn off, and I feel no pain from the procedure. I have an appointment to return in 3 months to check how my progress is after the procedure.

They gave me an appointment right away and called me to do my x-rays right away. I saw the dentist right away and he explained all my options. Once I decided what option was best I was given the estimate and told my options for payment.nI was so surprised when they gave me appointments for the next three procedures for the following week.nI was back that afternoon for my tooth cleaning. What a pleasant experience and every employee was very professional and friendly.nNo one likes to go to the dentist but this was one of my best experiences at a dental office.nKeep up the good work.

Had the deep deep cleaning today. I wasn't looking forward to it because I was told, by everyone, that it is painful. It was not. Ashley, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, was fast, funny, and really good at what she does. She made me feel completely comfortable. It was such a pleasure to be around her, that it made the experience fun, unbelievable. Oh ya, she even hums Disney tunes while she's working.

The people at aspen dental are polite and professional and explain all your options. I do not have dental insurance and they advertise 1st visit including x-rays were free and not only was it free but they were extremely thorough. I still have to have work done next week but I would recommend them
