So far the 3 or 4 times I've been in there it has been pretty nice. Staff is friendly and overall has fast service

Always organized almost never a line. I would like to see Tiki Dog in stores, however.

Everyone here is an animal lover I can relate to or even have a fulfilling conversation with. The staff is knowledgeable of item location in the store and always gives me a heads up if there is a clearance somewhere !nI always get asked if I need help finding something, probably because I look at everything lol but still everyone here is very happy to help. Thank you guys at petsmart!

Big box pet store for such a small town. Very handy. Except for the mom and pop's pet stores that have disappeared.
