Won't go back. Have previously used PetCo exclusively for my dogs grooming in 2 other locations. They were always on point. I was told here that there 1 groomer didn't show. Also couldn't find me in system because they weren't sure how it worked. Offered me an appointment a week later after driving 20 miles to get there. Then the Manager tried sharing the same story. I left, found a different groomer, and ordered my other pet supplies from Amazon. I wish them well, but not on my time.
