One of my all time favorite zoo experiences.nnMy wife and I came here on a Saturday, and it was a beautiful snowy morning.nnDespite the snow and cold, many Animals were out and were happy to walk around for us to enjoy.nnThey have two bears here and we even got to see one of them up close! There was almost no crowd, and you could get very close to the animals to enjoy and appreciate them.nnTicket entry was $12 for two adults, you really can't beat the price. It's not the biggest zoo in the world by any means, but its large enough and we were there for a couple of hours. Great bang for your buck factor here with the variety of animals you get to see and how close you get to be to them.nnSome of the enclosures did seem a bit on the small side, makes you feel a bit bad for some of the animals however it seems these are all rescues so hopefully life in their enclosures is still better than the alternative!nn10/10

I adore this zoo! My daughter loves to run around and see all the animals. The free range chickens are her favorite, and of course Jade the Cougar. We went once when it was snowing and all the animals were out and interacting with us! They host wonderful events. My only complaint would be that parking is a pain. We know that if there's an event to arrive at least 30 minutes early in order to get a spot.

We purchased a family membership with our stimulus money last year. Today we visited on a bright 60 degree day and had a great time. My mother used the electric scooter (for free) and we saw more animals than I thought possible to fit in the perimeter of that location. Lot's of families with children. Great experience.

Great little zoo with a surprising number of diverse animals. Don't miss Gus the orphaned bear! Great little interactive children's area too. Very reasonably priced too.
