Trent has gone above and beyond to help me with my Disneyland tickets that expired during the shutdown. I can’t believe he waiting on hold for me for 2 hours to check the validity of my tickets. I’ve used Velocity in the past because they had the best price but now I can attest to their customer service as well.

Ashley Ahleen is the best! She is easy to work with and she got us the best deals. She is honest and fair. We had so much fun on our Disneyland girls trip. I highly recommend her for your next trip. We won’t book thru anywhere else now that we’ve worked with Ashley. Thanks for all the help Ashley!

Dave is the best. I travel for work and decided that a work trip to Europe this fall would be a good one for my family to join me on. However after 30 minutes online, I was so frustrated with buying airline tickets I almost gave up on having my family come.nnDave and Velocity Tours and Travel to the rescue. Having read some of the other reviews online my wife and I decided to drop in to the offices to see if we could get some help. Within 10 minutes of arriving unannounced Dave had an itinerary roughed out that met every one of our needs. (Our flight needs were a little wonky, multi-city not round trip).nnWe left the office feeling like we had been well taken care of and that Dave really cared himself that the flights were correct and were what we wanted.nnAbout an hour after our visit he called with a couple of options that could save us a little money or time. What great service.nnWe will definitely be back for our future travel needs.nnAlso free water at the office, one of the perks of visiting in person.

Dave @ Velocity T&T is great to work with! He takes care of all of my travel needs. Had a big family vacation planned. Unfortunately, we had to cancel. Thankfully, Dave was able to care of everything. This is a great travel service firm!

I’ve searched for airfare on my own and Dave always comes up with the same or better price, in fact when I traveled to Canada last year he was able to get us a rental car plus airfare for the same price as I could have just gotten the airfare. Travel made easy and very responsive. Thanks Dave!!
