Moe and his team are the best. Professional and efficient. There was a longer wait time, but It was during a time of rolling black outs and negative temperatures. I appreciate how quickly they worked to get the entire area back up and running and they even worked beyond their service hours! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I called and scheduled a plumber to come and look at a busted water pipe and was told by Denise someone would be at my house in the late afternoon between 2 and 3. At about 4:30 nobody had called or showed up, I decided to call back and spoke with Tasha. She assured me the technician would give me a call and touch base. I never received a call. I understand that most of Clovis is having the same problem, but communication is key. I have a 7 month old baby and could have spent my time looking for a backup plumber but instead wasted my day waiting for someone from Moe’s.

A worker from Mo’s damaged my house, did poor work, left a mess, and then recommended I call a different company because he was too busy.nnCall Mark Carpenter if you want a real plumber.nnWe had a leak in our water heaters recirculating line. He was confident he could fix it for us...but,n-He burned the wall in multiple places.n-He left large amounts of excess solder everywhere.n-He left copper pipe scraps and other materialsn-He left the job with the pipes leaking from the new fittings he installedn-He didn’t replace the cover to the main water line in the alleynnI called him and asked what was up and if he could fix his work. He said sure and but wanted to double check if he had left his earbud, which he had.nnWhen he came back, he made excuses as to why it couldn’t be fixed. He said he was too busy, and recommended a different company he used to work for. He made sure to get his earbud though before he left.nnI called the other company (Mark Carpenter) to come fix it. They were done quickly without a mess...they said there is a reason this guy no longer works at their company.
