They showed up quickly and fixed my clog. This is the third time I've called for them in over 2 years, and I'll keep calling as long as I need a plumber.
The work he did was good work unfortunately he took advantage of doing the work and changing his price after the work was done.nnExplanation, when I called him he said its 80 dollars an hour for his manual labor plus parts( i agreed) , he worked for less than 2 hours, mind you he spent much of that time drivint to the store ect. Then decided to charge close 500 dollars. I wouldn't care if he charged me that if he worked 4-5 hours he didn't he gave me an ultimatum pay or he undoes it all. Be consistent with your customers and you will get more work instead of less.
Great group of guys. They effectively repaired my sewer line, tub faucet, and toilet. Super honest and affordable. I honestly felt like I got my money's worth. They were very responsive to a follow-up issue, and eased all of my concerns. Will be using again, just hopefully not in the too near future.
The owner was very polite and kind a little expensive for my budget and the workers were very nice but appeared inexperienced and made several mistakes and inappropriate damages to walls and ceiling in my down stairs that they failed to fix.
Oh my goodness, my house had a big plumbing mess on an early Sunday morning. Within an hour they were here; in another 20 minutes the pipes were clear! Thank you Peralez Plumbing!
