While they have good selection and customer service, their prices are slightly high, and it isn't within the Ashley Furniture chain. This causes some availability issues from what I have experienced over the years. Still a great place to get good furniture if you can get a decent sale.

It took a while to get everything right (chair assembly fails) But, they kept after it and finally have everything just right. Our reason for shopping there in the first place was to purchase a large, eight chair dining table. They were the best in every respect.

Ashley Home Store is very pleasant to deal with. No hard selling and no one is pressuring you to buy anything. It's a calm and relaxed atmosphere and a large variety to pick from. If you find something on their website they don't have I'm the store they will research it and give you all the info they can find on it. Many different payment plans to choose from that best fits your current situation. Tiffany was a great help in our shopping experience, ask for her when you go inside.

Nichole was super friendly and helpful in assisting my spouse and I in choosing a new bedroom set. She was patient while we went back and forth between two different sets, calculated multiple pricing options to give us the final cost depending on what we chose, and overall made the entire experience an enjoyable and exciting one!
