Presbyterian Family Medicine in Clovis at Plains Regional Medical Center

So lacking in care for the sick. My mother was covid positive on the 11th. Today was her 14th day and she had been fine. She was complaining about a painful rash that developed overnight on her back. She also complained about chest pain. She made an appointment to be seen and upon arrival we let them know she had tested positive 2 weeks ago. They had her in a chair outside in the sun and wind for 20 minutes just to be told she could not be seen there. I asked if I could take her to another side to be seen or to the ER because she was feeling sick. Thier response was that we were not welcome there, not even ER. I was sadden to see my mom hurting and couldn't get her help. They said since I was with her she could not be seen until I tested negative. I told them if I were positive it could show up to 6 months even if I wasn't contagious or sick. She repeated to tell me she couldn't be seen there until I tested negative. Didn't make any sense ud83dude15 ud83dude12. So I continue to search for help and I'd like to thank Roosevelt General Hospital in Portales NM for helping me help my mother. She was recieved with open arms and quickly attended to. Taking every precaution and didn't make us feel like a disease. The clinic took her in and have a designated side for possible covid patients. Her EKG was of concern and she was wheeled immediately to the hospital. I can't thank them enough for helping her. The Dr. And nurses were so caring, and considerate. True heros. Thank you Roosevelt General Hospital, maybe Presbyterian might learn a thing or two about helping others.

Wow so my dr. Left the medical group a month ago and I just got the letter telling she left yesterday. I am out of my prescription and have no dr to prescripied this is ridiculous.

Very poor experience. Reception and intake nurse were attentive. However, NP Odomore lacked interest or empathy with my issue. I did not receive any analysis from him. He even joked with me that I should try smoking marijuana.

Having been a patient for a number of years, from the same day clinic to having a PCP here, always a positive experience.
