The dental office needs work. I used like coming here when Dr. Nieto worked here, she took care of my teeth and never had any issues with her. I recently came In for a walk in last week for a horrible toothache that has not allowed me to sleep at nights. I waited over an hour in the parking lot which was understandable considering that it was a walk in, but what frustrated me is that the dentist told me that my teeth were fine, there was no cavities, or anything concerning. But my teeth are sensitive and recently due to the cold weather, the fillings on my teeth have been acting up since the filings are next to the nerve of the tooth. On top of it, my metal filings are right next to each other and look black. I’m not a dentist but I’m sure filings are supposed to look dark, they look like they’ve been decaying or something.nnThey didn’t give me any recommendations on how to help ease the pain until I asked the dentist and she told me to try orajel. I’ve using orajel along with other toothache products and am doing home remedies to help ease the pain. I’m frustrated with this dentist because it’s not the first time that I came in for a toothache and I was told to “give it time”. The actual appointment lasts no more than 30 mins; the only thing that was done to my teeth was having air blown on them and that hurt my teeth for the rest of the day. It’s currently sunday and I’m still in so much pain. The girls who worked the front desk and the dental assistant were polite, kind, and communicated great with me, but the dentist who worked on me wasn’t helpful and I didn’t appreciate her work. I will be going to another dentist that can hopefully help me with my tooth pain.

Sherri McCarty, Nurse Practitioner, is an absolute Godsend. I see her at the school based clinic behind Marshall Middle School. She helped me when I was between a rock and a hard place. She's incredibly caring and polite. Thank you again for helping me when I couldn't find it elsewhere. You're awesome!

Called for COVID testing, tested on Monday, yelled at because I didn’t park where needed and today that I call to check status on results, because I was supposed to get results on Wednesday. Person answered phone and said she was going to transfer call, hung up on me, call back, they pick up and send the call to menu. Call back and answer, transferred without speaking, transfers me to someone’s voicemail. HORRIBLE ! If you can not tolerate the public, go work elsewhere!! Very sad!! I feel sorry for anyone going there! It starts at the front door! Be nice !

Usually I don’t have an issue with this place. But I have been trying to get a TB shot for over a week now. First they scheduled me wrong and I couldn’t get a TB test, even though they charged me for it. Then I came back on another day after SPECIFICALLY asking when would be the best time to come back and found out they don’t do TB tests until 2 pm. Then I came back AGAIN at that time and have been waiting for more than 40 min before I was taken. There is no issue with friendliness or with professionalism, I just think it is a disconnect between office staff and the clicic staff in policy and also just timeliness. I would not suggest coming to this clinic if you are on any sort of time schedule. You will wait for more than an hour after your scheduled appointment to get seen for a 10 minute visit.
