If I could give zero stars I would. Just tried to have lunch there. Came in around 1pm and after waiting for 5 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge us, we were told it was a 10-15 minute wait. She took my name and phone number and told me we’d have to wait in our car. I received a text that I would be notified when our table was ready. Flash forward over 30 minutes later and still no text. Meanwhile we’ve seen numerous people walk in, not walk back out, and appear to have been seated. So I call, and select the number to speak to a team member or whatever, it connects me to the take out phone. He has no idea what I’m talking about and puts me on hold so he can see what’s going on up front. Then I get hung up on. You may not need my business, but you certainly won’t be getting it again. Thanks, no thanks.

I went in last weekend asked for a table for 2 and we were told it was about a 20 minute wait, which I don’t mind. I like Chili’s, I like their food. They asked for a name and number and said they would text us when they were ready for us to come in. Cue a 40 minute wait in the car (Covid-19 prevented us from sitting in the restaurant to wait, which wasn’t a problem) and no text! In fact, I haven’t received a text still. I hope next time we venture out we actually get seated!

Can't beat the 3 for $10 special. I got the Margarita Grilled Chicken with rice and black beans and a drink. It was quick and pretty tasty.

Though this place maybe the only decent place to eat in Clovis, but don't trust it. Their covid-19 precaution are lacking and door dash orders are sloppily made and packaged. If you're going to order door dash from Clovis Chili's, you'd be better off DD from McDonald's. Additionally, why pay 200% the cost when you can microwave your own food at home? Massive bummer. Don't waste your hard earned money.

One of the greatest atmospheres to eat at in Clovis when eating out is permissible. Their delivery during the pandemic has been reliable too. They’ve never gotten my food order wrong.
