Petsense

This was the 1st time we've taken our dog (who is a small dog) here to get groomed. His appt was at 10:30am, we arrived at 10:20am. No one was up front to greet us or tell us what we needed to do. Finally a girl walked us back . They took our dog and said they would call us. We have never taken him to the groomer so we came back in about an hour. Instead of telling us he wasn't ready yet, they handed us a half dry dog who had not been brushed. When they handed him to me, my entire hoodie was covered in dog hair. I made a comment to the lady about it and she just look at me and wrote me the receipt to pay. When we got in my car, our dog shook off and covered my back seat in dog hair because they bathed him and didnt brush him!!!

The staff here is very knowledgeable. They have alot of emergency supplies if you can't get your dog into the vet right away.

Very knowledgeable workers & fast service. Went to get my puppies nails cut took about 30 sec.

I had to get harnesses for my 3 dogs. Each was a different size. They were very helpful.
