A HUGE Thank You & Amen goes to Koletta Hayes, as she is more than just a realtor. As a first time 'home buyer', I had NO clue that I had 4+ months of endless paperwork & negotiations ahead of me; but with her guiding the way through the COVID fog and loophole, we made it to the other side in one piece and 'a home to love & take care of' for myself in the end. Superb service and professionalism!nEldon Merrick is without a doubt the most professional, honest and helpful real estate agent we have dealt with in a lifetime. Having bought and sold six homes in the last twelve years we have had plenty of experience with agents, good, not so good, and one stellar agent, Eldon. To be succinct, Eldon was unfailingly polite, kept his word to the letter on anything he said he would do, took care of overseeing the property's continuing condition (we were 1000 miles away), KEPT IN CONTACT with us regularly and was concerned about making sure we understood clearly the steps he was taking to sell our home. His honesty and politeness is reason alone to use him as an agent for buying or selling, but his work ethic is beyond compare. He made the paperwork for the sale a breeze even though we were at a great distance. Five stars really aren't enough!
