Finding Walmart’s that have great customer service are rare, however you can find exceptional service at the Walmart In Portales! Every employee is always working and never slacking off. If I ever need help the staff are always ready to give a helping hand. There is one gentleman that always works self-checkout and he is so polite and opens our grocery bags for us. I also appreciate that they are on top of things when it comes to security.

Some of the shelves were empty. I didn't expect that coming from a smaller town. I was looking forward to shopping there rather than Clovis because it's so busy. But It's a nice store overall..it's clean and very fast checkout. Friendly workers loved that!

It's a Walmart. The people who work here are generally very nice. Minus one star because they are frequently out of stock on what I'm looking for, which may be a distribution center issue but none the less affects the experience.
