Your pharmacy shouldn’t be closed on New Years !!!! People need a refill on there meds an other stuff

Worst pharmacy ever. Still faxing the wrong doctor for refills, after 6 months. Still completely losing refill requests. That's the worst because you can't fix the problem if you don't know what the problem is.nnJust called re 16 refills I requested online a more than a week ago. Two were ready. They were faxing the wrong doctor for most of them, and didn't know about the others.nnThis happens every single time. Completely inept. Moving my $2500 monthly prescription order to Albertsons asap. In IL, I used them (They're Osco there). They had excellent communication, were amazingly responsible, and had every prescription ready every single time! Imagine that!nnUPDATE: Next day ... went back to get my remaining RXs (I always have to go back five or six times). They were faxing the wrong doctor for my insulin (as if I haven't corrected them on that previously, including just the day before). Two still weren't ready and they didn't know why..nnSo ... If you have the time and energy to make multiple trips every month to get exactly the same order, always, and if you can hold their hand and constantly follow up with these people, and sit at the window and double check everything (they will lie and tell you everything is there): then this is the pharmacy for you!

Pricey but it is convenient.
