can you ask your CEO to wear A MASK WHILE IN THE FACILITY. its a shame the programs CEO acts like she doesnt share the same responsibility to be safe as her employees.

we brought our son in because started having abdominal pain for 2 days and no appeptite and vomit once. dr brown did not even do lab xray and told us to take constipation medicine over the counter. we then took our son to Cibola and it turned out he has apenditis and we were sent to Presbyterian for surgery the same day. avoid coming here. the quality is getting worse .

My Clinic and ER visit was awesome doctors an nurses are nice. But the pharmacy is awful they take forever to fill my prescription plus when I call it takes six tries to get someone to answer the phone....omg other than that I'm happy with the hospital...my wait time in the lobby is like ten minutes I get seen I'm outta there in 45mins good work

I have came here several times in the past for 2 years and the service was excllent and fast. doctors are caring and spend time explaining to u and. they even showed me my xray but now howevere, when i came in 2 weeks ago, the er was closed at night. i came the next day and there was only 2 people ahead of me but i had two wait almost 2 hr in the room for the doctor to come beciuase she was eating breakfast at her comptuer and browing internet. when she came in she didn't care to listen to my issue and kept cutting me off and said that's not emergnecy and did not even listen to my heart and lung. i have noticed the new doctors don't care much and the nurses said all the good dotors are leaving here. i am disappointed that these kind of doctors are being hired here. someone need to look into this.
