so far not too impressed. i went in for an accommodation letter to work from home. no one asked for my medical records or gave me a form to fill out to request them from my previous doctors. in the middle of a pandemic it seems that the doctor is unaware of the seriousness of the current situation in this country. in addition i thought it was nice to see a doctors office so busy but my visit was interrupted several times by his assistant. however reading the previous comments of dissatisfied patients i am having second thoughts. it seems that he is so busy he can only focus on his regular patients with a history with him. that said i will give him one more opportunity to make things right. i wont be holding my breath. it seems to be the norm in all of the medical industry is at this point in all the offices i have gone to. i guess i will just not go to a doctor at this point. the trust factor for me is the most important due to my own personal experience with really incompetent doctors whos only goal is to make sure you pay for his lack of time to pay attention to the details.

He is a brilliant, caring, down to earth physician. There is no better doctor in the USA in my opinion. If you patiently wait he is worth the wait. I have waited many hours to see him on several occasions, but he gives everyone excellent service. All the posts that are negative about the wait time missed out. He is fantastic!!!

Best Doctor ever. He's taken care of my family for many years.nHe truly gives a sh/+ for his patients.nThere is no fake in Dr. K's personality.nWhat awesome is he can speak Spanish too! Truly a family doctor.nSaline and Ramona his med assistantsnAre good to patients they listen and greet all with a smile.

Worst dr office I ever been to, had us wait in a filled lobby of sick people just to get into the nasty room to wait 2 hours with no checkup from the nurse or any sign of a dr, I ended up walking out not looking back at the filth I have seen, I ended up getting me and my family sick from being there a couple days later. I called the health dept because no one should have to witness going through that excuse of a doctor I don’t care how good he is, that environment will not help anyone and he’s just scamming

I love this doctor!!! “I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctor’s office. I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind Dr. Kassicieh was and how fast he was at getting back to me! A lot of doctors don’t realize how important it is to have a doctor really listen to you. He’s open minded, he’s like an old school doctor with amazing knowledge.nNow onto the appointment “s”… first I have never seen a doctor’s office so busy the doctor has patients coming from miles away, my appointments don’t always run on time, BUT it’s understandable considering the remarkable way he gives you his undivided attention.
