I’m am very dissatisfied with the service provided by the front desk. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She cut me off from explaining my need for a visit several times. She wouldn’t answer my questions about services and was very short. If I didn’t know the medical staff had a much better attitude I would never go to this facility just because of the rude receptionist.

Need appointment for several things including the vaccination . Rude got cut off I'm high risk and she said my doctor will call me but I need to see about other problems so now I what wait . I like my doctor but they need to do something about the front desk receptionist

I’m new to this clinic and got the opportunity to see Dr Montgomery. She is fantastic! So nice and easy to talk to. The nurses that I met were fabulous as well. The only problem I had was with the front desk lady who’s named Angela. Angela was rude and rolled her eyes at me and just really wasn’t pleasant the whole time I was getting checked in.

Dr. Gutierrez and Dorcas Yates have done a great job with my mother, unfortunately her cancer has returned and they are following her through this terminal process. They have been available to her 24/7 with any questions or concerns. Thank you for all that you do!
