Ordered 2 chicken tenders box. Waited at least 10 minutes to get to window, given drinks, clerk comes to window a few minutes later and says it will be 3 more minutes they are waiting on the tenders. I said fries had better be hot. He said they are and left. About 5 minutes later our 2 boxes came with cool fries, missing one side and no napkins. Told us to pull over and wait for other side. We left!! Don't put fries in before the rest of meal is ready!! Chicken was good, 1 star
When we visited KFC we went through thw drive through and the service was quick and the cashier was nice. Chicken was great! I would recommend this location to anyone.
Wow! If I could rate with negative numbers I would. Drove right to the drive thru speaker and placed order, two cars ahead in line and it took over 30 min to get our order which then turned out to be wrong. Told we would have to pull off to the side to get it corrected. Fries were cold when delivered. That was the last chance for KFC. Next time pick up anything from a gas station deli and you'll be more satisfied.
They don't listen to you my brother ordered 3 legs not two thighs and a leg. This has happened more than once. So I don't suggest going here I rather go to one in gallup then the one here in grants.
Drive thru was slow. Chicken was not fresh and was dry. Like it had been sitting in a warmer to long. Drink was low on carbonation. Employee was not friendly or courteous. Would also have been nice to get the condiments I asked for (salt, ketchup, napkins. )
