Peak Internet

My family and I are new to the area and we needed to get set up with new service. A quick call to Peak and Wendy was able to get me set up in no time. The customer service has been great and staff is very friendly and prompt. I have a good solid connection and was also able to get service at a secondary home on my property. The tech was great, straight and to the point. So far I am very pleased.

So far we are much happier now that our issues have been resolved. Wendy was a huge help and actually solved our issues very quickly and efficiently. Wish we had been talking to her from the beginning instead of their regular tech support person because she was far nicer and far more helpful! She actually took the time to answer her questions instead of simply blowing us off and saying that someone would get back to us.

I was very pleased with Wendy on my first initial call to PEAK INTERNET in Woodland Park. Wendy was very helpful in explaining their service. I contacted them about 4:00pm and said tech/installer could be out the next day. Well at 8:30 am Evan was here to do the install he was very professional in making sure he was able to get line of site to our home. The installation was done very clean and not obtrusive, wires not showing on our very much lived on deck in the summer. Very pleased. I can not say enough about the internet service! I’m able to stream our favorite channels, run my computer, get data calling and all without dropping calls, all at the same time! The quality of the calls made on my cell is excellent! No cracking or drops at all! VERY PLEASED, THANK YOU!!!

These guys are great, very professional and courteous. Since this is not our primary residence, I call them to increase the service level when staying for a few weeks at a time. When I call, they are responsive and very friendly. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with Peak Internet for my phone experience with the customer service rep, and then specifically with Wendy. She was great at understanding my needs and taking care of me in a way that I felt comfortable and confident the job was going to be done when she said it would.
