Kason was so patient and helpful while I was shopping for a first home in a competitive market. I had a relatively low budget and specific needs for the home, my grandma rents from me and needed first level access without stairs, and I needed room for a garage shop behind the house. Kason helped us put in around 8 offers before we finally made a deal on my dream home. Kason was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very clearly and concisely, and on the rare occasion he didn't have the specific information, such as with my lending questions, he was quick to refer me to another qualified professional. This referral actually helped me get the lowest interest rate of any lender I got a quote from. On the final offer there was some negotiation with the seller after the inspection and Kason helped me tread the thin line of pushing back but not killing the deal since the seller had multiple offers. I wouldn't be in my own home today without Kason.
