Big thanks to your employees for filling our propane tanks at 835. Was 20 degrees and they ran out. We didn't realize they were so low, our error. But anyway was very much appreciated.

The cashier Andrea is awesome she made my experience great, not only was she very friendly but also extremely helpful, she knew where everything was that I needed and was able to tell me where to find them without leaving the register (as I visited the store at brink of opening the sales floor didn't have anyone I could find)! I highly recommend this location as they had everything that I needed.

Unfortunately this is the only company that carries my dog food. I'm so disappointed today that this company is not enforcing Colorado mandated protective mask for anyone enters their establishment. They were about 12 people walking around without a mask, I ask customer service why this is happening and was told that there was nothing they could do about it they cannot force people to wear a mask. Even though it is the law in this state. They could care less about customers like myself there are vulnerable to the covid-19. The store is located in woodland Park welcome to Trump country this is how they treat people there are vulnerable to this virus. if you don't want to get sick avoid the store now I have to figure out where I could find my dog food cuz there's no way I could come back to the store . I even call the 1-800 number and they have no answers for me also this company just doesn't care.

Had everything loaded in a cart online to pre purchase to pick up in woodland park, and something did not work, so... drove into town and the greeter (I did not unfortunately get her name) at the door was exceptionally nice and after explaining my situation directed me to the customer service desk. Ezra (who needs a promotion by the way) assisted me, and was quick to not only find all the items I had ordered online, but assisted in loading my truck with all the product(including the fencing and posts, the heavy stuff) AND then went to the register to insure that Jules (a godsend as far as the best customer service and jovial to all the people in the store, and apologetic to all in line waiting to be served) had everything for my account prior to me leaving the store.nEzra and Jules, thank you so much for making what I thought was going to be an ordeal, one of the easiest shopping excursions during a most trying time. I will definitely be returning to insure my purchases keep this store and TEAM in business. Thanks Tractor Supply.
