Nikole Bowdle who was recently hired by this company is probably one of the worse people have had to deal with in a real estate engagement. She does not focus or listen to our needs and wants. She seems to only be focused on trying to make herself money. After speaking with multiple people in town she is new to the industry and seems to have a bad reputation in town. I would definitely stay clear of this want be sales person.

Natalie recently helped us ask sell our home. We had a great experience working with her. She was very easy to get hold of every time we had a question (and there were multiple times at All hours). She was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of things, in detail to us. After which, she spelled out multiple options for us. We were happy with advice she gave us when things arose, as they often do in these transactions. She was very flexible when we kept changing things. She always accommodated our requests. She was very professional. She listened when we had concerns, rather than push her own agenda. In the end, she helped us go under contract just 48 hours after listing it, with multiple offers. I would recommend her to anyone.

I am a huge fan of Greg and Natalie. They have represented me in the sale of one home and the purchasing of two others. Every experience was excellent. Greg and Natalie are both very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The number one trait I love about Greg and Natalie is they are always available to take a call or meet to resolve any questions or concerns. I felt like whenever something came up that I didn't understand, Greg and Natalie would explain and then help me understand my options. The process of buying and selling a home can be extremely stressful. Greg and Natalie made the whole experience enjoyable. It's hard to find someone that you can 100% believe has your best interest at heart. I can confidently say that Greg and Natalie definitely do. Because of that I will never work with another real estate agency. Greg and Natalie have my business for life and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent realtor to represent them in the buying or selling of a home.

I highly recommend Greg and Natalie with Berkshire Hathaway. They made the process of buying and selling a home so easy. They were both very professional and I felt they worked extremely hard to make sure things went smoothly on both ends for us. Greg was recommended to us by a family member, and since having him as our realtor, we have recommended him and his team to other family members, all who have had excellent experiences!

Greg is our family’s go-to realtor. He’s handled either the purchase or sale of 5 homes for my extended family. And because we trust him to provide solid industry knowledge and expertise with honest and wise counsel, we’ve recommended him to many of our friends. I’m not comfortable going anywhere else.
