UPDATE: Windgate changed the way we pay our rent without telling us! When I asked front desk when we were notified, she said "I believe..." sounding very unsure. I sent in my notice of moving out at the end of my lease with no response. I'm 100% expecting them to attempt to charge me extra since they will probably claim I didn't let them know. Avoid this place like COVID Worst move-in experience. First they lost my money order. The apartment was not move-in ready on move-in day. Front office staff did not inform me of this ahead of time. They suggested I wait until the following day to move in AFTER I rented a truck, gathered help, and took off work for the day. The cleaners were an 1.5 hours late. The doors had holes in them. The outside staircase didn't have working lights. Leaks in the kitchen and bathroom. Patio was covered with cigarette butts. Completely incompetent company and severely disappointed.

There upgrading there apartments but they wait for you to move out so they have the excuse to take your deposit and use your money to upgrade the apartment. There’s no parking. Apartments are small & expensive. Not worth the money.

When we first were moving in we were excited. It seemed like a nice place and the price was great. Upon signing the paperwork they mentioned an extra $400 dollars in fees, but we thought we like the place so we signed the papers anyway. They promised us several things before we moved in, none of the promises were met at that time and we had to badger the management for months to get anything done. We had several large maintenance issues in just the first few months including leaky sinks and leaky water heaters, of which we cleaned up after the maintenance man. The apartments are small and cramped and in just a few months living here we felt alienated. The amenities although new, are clearly Ikea grade. Ants constantly crawled underneath the baseboards and flooded out food storages. The worst part of this place is that they are clearly morally grey at best,their website says they have ~5 stars on Google, they take the 5 star reviews from Google and put them on the website. This place is gross, don't give them your money.

Everyone was super friendly and so helpful with the move in! This is the first apartment my boyfriend and I have gotten and it was a wonderful first experience! I'm excited to start our lives here at Windgate! Thank you so much to the property manager Nikki for all the help!

They are either incompetent or misleading. I followed up this morning in regards to an apartment that they had available yesterday evening. Course I show up and they start quoting me apartments that are $1,250. The manager Jade didn't even lift a finger to check the site and see what I was talking about. Again, incompetent and misleading. You make the call.
