My family and I are long term residents here. We are proud to call the Hills at Renaissance our home. Management is wonderful , attentive and takes good care of all the residents here. Maintenance is efficient and does great quality of work. They are good people and very attentive. I highly recommend living here.

Definitely won’t come back. When I came into the apartment it was dirty. We didn’t even get to see it before signing it. They have outrageous prices that aren’t even worth what they give you in return. We got so many “threats” of charging our area on noise or random things we weren’t even doing. It wasn’t even just us it was the breezeway of apartments. They are constantly coming into the apartment. Did not call it home but a place that keeps on getting violated. They call it disabled accessible and it’s not. Only the bottom floor (which there are only so many apartments there. Not to mention most not in the price range that may even be in a normal person’s price range). The parking is outrageous. Horrible no spots and on top didn’t approve the representatives there. When I had issues they would not help me with them but fight me against it. Aren’t they suppose to help me? The quality of the items in the apartment are so low. Barely touch something and it’s already breaking apart. They just try to get all the money they can from you and lie on half the things they will actually do. They do drawings but in order to enter you have to leave a review. That’s why they have such a high rate but trust me it’s not all true. Regret coming here. Will not ever do so again and will tell people to rethink before coming in.

The Hills is a safe, convenient, and modern apartment complex. Literally minutes from anything and everything. The mountains, shopping, grocery stores, SLC int'l airport and Interstate 15. The rent is on the higher end, but takes into consideration what you get in return. A quiet and comfortable place to call home.

We loved living here so much! The property was always clean and pretty. The pool was nearly always empty, so me and my daughter loved being down there! My only complaint is the parking issue but that’s nothing the front office can really fix! They do the best they can with a small property :) Brit and Angela are amazing. They are so genuine and sweet and will go above and beyond for you anytime you need. My only suggestion for the property owners would be to have the off site parking area be free and count as an over flow. It’s not the tenants fault that there isn’t enough parking. All in all, we loved it so much and we will miss this place like crazy!

We are long term residents. Great Staff, Great place to live. Highly recommend living here as an option.
