Fulford Cave Campground

Family loved this hike. We also visited Fulford town ship. Must do and see.

Nice campground with a public toilet. It sits right next to a creek, which is very charming. I've only used it as a staging point for the cave there, but it seems like a nice place to stay. Note about the caves: it wont be a full day spelunk. I've been there about six times and it usually takes us no longer than 3 hours to see what the cave has to offer. I wouldn't recommend camping beforehand, as you'll fi d yourself bored by noon!

Went in October and we had a wonderful time-- beautiful views, the cave wasn't too crowded, and the weather was very pleasant.nThe cave is definitely fun, although I implore anyone to read the forest service regulations and the National Speleological Society's caving 101 beforehand. :) Thank you for helping to protect our caves!

This camp ground has beautiful views and great access to fishing, especially fly fishing. The camp ground has access to trails, creeks and ponds. Restrooms are available here. If you know where to look you can find some amazing places to see and visit. It is bear county but did not see any on this trip. Will be returning this summer to hike the area but will do so when there is not 2 to 3 feet of snow.
