Over the top service! This store has some of the Beaver Creek branded options that many of the other shops don't have in that area. Sweatshirts, T-shirts, Jackets, Coffee mugs, etc. They didn't have the exact size sweatshirt in the color we wanted, but when we called later to purchase another option, instead of having it shipped to our home, they insisted on personally delivering it to our hotel! They went way above and beyond!

Shopped there everyday I was at the resort! Great shopping experience and great values! Owner excellent!

Nice selection of shirts and the usual souvenirs. Staff is helpful. Prices are as expected here.

Nice stuff but absolutely RUDE customer service!! You shouldn’t be in sales if it’s an inconvenience for someone to come in and buy souvenirs during your slow season!
