Great food. Service was a little slow considering we came at 9pm and the restaurant was half empty. But great food and loved the renovation, looks amazing! Good job guys!

Very impressed with Gravity Haus Vail! They have done such a great job re doing the space! It’s modern but not too much. And the staff (particularly Charlie at the front desk!) are wonderful!

All the staff are amazing especially Berit the front desk girl, she literally saved our lives. And Charlie you are amazing too! I am extremely grateful for the treatment and hospitality, this hotel is without a doubt the example of hospitality and good service!

If you’re used to high level hospitality don’t do it to yourself. From the moment I checked in, I experienced everything from profiling, hidden fees, poor service, inconsistency in policy and discrepancies in all areas. We went to all areas of the hotel including restaurant, café and spa. Not up to par for a 3-4 star hotel. They are undergoing management changes and it shows. No refunds and I still left 3 days early. If you do have to stay here, ask for Mike in the restaurant or Jessica & Max at the front desk. They tried they’re best to redeem our service experience.

Their restaurant is the Slope Room. We were absolutely amazed at the food! Service was impeccable... be sure to catch happy hour!
