Ted helped us on multiple houses. I can say without doubt he is my favorite realtor. He is hard working, very knowledge, funny and an excellent negotiator. He is also a truly good and honest person. Going through the process of selling our house, I had all the faith in him that we would get us good price, and we certainly did. I would honestly recommend him to anyone. He is fantastic, and a good friend ☺

We are new to Davis County. Ted's ability to point out issues was VERY VERY valuable! Rather than go for the quick sale, Ted let us know about potential concerns about the area we were initially looking in and continued helping us until we did find the right place. We worked with Ted for a year, I guess that we didn't make it too easy! :-) We were picky about what we wanted in a house and especially the location. Ted is very knowledgeable about local real estate and homes in general.

Ted is a great Realtor! He helped my wife and I find our first home and pushed the seller hard to get us the price and location we wanted. He listened to our requests, was never impatient with us, and showed us houses even after we were in the process of closing. We're very satisfied and hope to work with him again in the future.

I've worked with Ted Twogood multiple times on real estate transactions. He is an amazing advocate for his clients. He'll push hard to get the best deal for you. He's very hard working and I've gotten calls from him nights and weekends after he finds a property that he's excited about for me. He breathes real estate and is the most knowledgeable agent in Davis County! I highly recommend anyone to use him.
