VERY DISAPPOINTED. This is NOT an office to assist with any passport needs. It is only a place to drop off paper work. If this is not an office the offers concierge service, appts and an actual office for that matter DO NOT SAY THAT YOU DO ON THE WEBSITE
I give it three stars becuase this place is funtional but If you are looking for an expidited passport (hours or a day) then this place will not able to deliver. Suggest to go to San Francisco to get quick turn around, make sure to fill out the online form first and get an appointment. Expedited emergency passports are complete waste of time at the sacramento site.
Can someone get a Nigerian visa over here?
