It is a lightrail stop next to a construction site. Good place to wait to catch the tram.

It not save to many homeless people

From this stop you can catch the CRC, Sunrise, and Folsom trains. No covered waiting area so be prepared to get wet if it's raining. The departure board shows the scheduled, not actual, time of arrival. Trains will often come late.
