March 2021- downtown location is CLOSED. The store is EMPTY. Spoke with Howe store and they said the downtown will open back up again, but not sure when.

September 2016 - I had a great experience with Sharif on Marconi. I found the perfect jacket to go with my engagement ring with the help of a young lady. She knew exactly what I was looking for & I loved it. For that I give a great review.nnVery friendly people but they play games, repair items multiple times instead of fixing correctly the first time. It's a hassle with the back & forth & the wait & it's a ploy to get you back in the store.nnOnly now we have to pay to get the damage done to my wedding rings repaired by another jeweler. Sharif broke my trust. That's the bottom line. Very disappointing.nnI lost the main stone out of my set. I was told today the prong & mount were old & worn out. Sharif couldn't tell? They had the rings more often than I did these past couple years! They soldered my rings crooked & out of whack. They took a set I loved & made it an embarrassment.nnThey lost a good, loyal customer when they lost my husband but we won't be back. He has spent thousands of dollars in that store. I see it, he buys it two or three times a year. No. More.

The sales people here are so sweet and kind. They are willing to really take their time with you. There is a family friendly atmosphere with a wide selection of jewelry and beautiful gifts. The store is beautiful, clean and full of many gorgeous items. I love their rose gold and designer selections! A++. I would go back!!
